How can I create a customer account?On any page of our site and on the top right-hand side, the word "Log in" appears, click on this, then, where it says "New to this site? Register" click on the word "Register" to access the sign-up form. Enter your email and a password you can remember and click on the "Submit" button. You will have created your account.

From which country do you ship your products?All customer orders are shipped from Mexico.

I forgot my password, what should I do?To reset your password, click on the "Log in" button at the top right of any page of our website, click on the "Log in" form where it says "Forgot your password?", and enter the email address you used to register your account on the password reset page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Will items listed as out of stock on your site be restocked?If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as quickly as possible. The item will be removed from our website if the product has been discontinued.

How do I care for and maintain Anna Sophia jewelry?A silver cleaning cloth can be used to polish or shine the surfaces of silver objects. The cloth is used to scrub the item until it is clean. The cleaning cloth should only be used on silver if the jewelry also contains other materials such as pearls, stones, natural materials or other elements. Other parts of the piece that are made of other materials such as pearls and stones can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. On jewelry or jewelry areas with a matte texture, the cleaning cloth should not be used. Silver or gold-plated items should not be cleaned with the silver cleaning cloth.

When will I receive my order?We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. After payment confirmation, delivery times to the courier are 3 to 5 business days, and delivery times from the courier to the customer are 2 to 5 business days. Due to the fact that our firm is located in Mexico City, delivery times for the Mexican Republic may be less than those indicated above. While we work constantly to deliver your products as quickly as possible, occasionally there may be delays due to events beyond our control or that of our courier service, such as severe weather or technical failures. In these cases, we ask for your tolerance and patience. Please note that shipping times may be longer than usual during times of promotional campaigns. Have you received my return?We maintain constant communication with our customers, and you can rely on us to email you to let you know if we have received your return. If there are any details on the items we receive, we will also let you know. In the event that we have not received your return, you will be informed.

How do I cancel my order?If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@annaso.shop, including the details of the order you wish to cancel. We will give you a full refund if your order has not been shipped. If your product has already been shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Can I modify my order?If you wish to change your order, please email us at info@annaso.shop and tell us what you wish to change in the order and what product you would like instead. In the event that your order has not yet shipped and the price of the replacement product is less than the price of the original product purchased, we will provide you with the replacement product and refund you the price difference. If the price of the replacement item is higher than the price of the original product purchased, we will request the difference in price and send you the replacement item once we have received the difference in payment. If your product has already been shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Do you store my payment information?No payment information is provided to us or stored. Our payment solution providers, PayPal or Stripe, handle each transaction directly. Your credit or debit card information is transmitted directly to the bank and cannot be accessed by anyone other than your bank.
